The customer represents that it has all rights, permissions and legal authority necessary to provide Customer Data to Decibl.

4. Decibl Technology and Intellectual Property

The Decibl Services, including our software, platform architecture, interfaces, databases, algorithms, analytical methodologies, models, workflows, technology, designs and proprietary systems, are owned by or licensed to Decibl and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to users.

Users may not, without Decibl's prior written permission:

copy or reproduce the Services

reverse engineer or attempt to discover underlying source code, algorithms or models

Any additional or different liability arrangements contained in a separate agreement between Decibl and a customer will prevail over this section.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify Decibl against third-party claims arising from Customer Data or materials supplied by the user where the user did not possess the rights or authority necessary to provide or use such information.
